The role: recruiter for an AI-native brokerage
We hire a small, hand-picked team — which makes recruiting one of the most important jobs in the company. As Tahani's Real Estate Recruiter you own the full funnel: sourcing candidates, running outreach, screening on calls, and managing the pipeline in our CRM. Our AI tools handle scheduling, follow-ups and first-pass screening, so your time goes to judgment — spotting the closers and the coachable.
What you'll do
- Source and engage RERA brokers and high-potential newcomers across channels.
- Screen and shortlist on structured calls, then move candidates through the pipeline.
- Run the funnel in the CRM, supported by AI for scheduling and follow-up.
- Partner with leadership on hiring targets and candidate experience.
Who we're looking for
Recruiters or talent-acquisition people with real estate or high-volume sales-hiring experience, strong communication, and a genuine read on people. You're active and credible on LinkedIn and Instagram — which is why we ask every applicant to engage with us there before applying.
