Most broker seats in Dubai are commission-only. This one is different: a base salary plus uncapped commission, designed for experienced, competitive brokers who already know how to close and want stability behind the upside. It's a selective role — we hire a hand-picked few, not a floor of seats.
As a Tahani broker you receive qualified, AI-warmed buyer and seller leads directly in your CRM. Our voice AI answers and follows up on calls around the clock in Arabic, English, Russian and Mandarin, books viewings, and routes a lead to you only when the client is genuinely ready to move — so your time goes to negotiating and closing.
